Public Notice: To allow Off-Site Consumption/Retail at 802 S. Peterson Avenue

In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 3-1-2, regarding "Off-Site Consumption/Retail Advertisement Requirements," public notice is hereby given that Cost Cutter Tifton LLC, doing business as Cost Cutter Douglas, located at 802 Peterson Ave S., Douglas, Georgia, has applied for an off-site consumption/retail license to sell beer and wine products. The business is owned by Cost Cutter LLC, based in Albertville, Alabama. The corporate officers are Jay Mitchell, Owner, from Albertville, Alabama, and Gilbert Collins, Manager, from Jesup, Georgia.

This application will be considered by the City Commission during the regular meeting on November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 302 S. Madison Ave, Douglas, Georgia 31533. Anyone interested in the application should appear at the meeting on the above-stated date.
