Otsego County - The Village of Richfield Springs Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Amending Chapter 275 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to create a Planning Board, as described in Section 7-718 of the New York State Village Law, consisting of five (5) member positions and two (2) alternate member positions. The project is located throughout the Village of Richfield Springs, New York.
