CCC History Hike, Brown County State Park

Join a park naturalist for a guided hike of Trail 2. This trail features several unique structures built by the Civilian Conservation Corps, or CCC. Learn about the origin and purpose of the CCC, and how they helped build the Indiana State Parks we all enjoy even today! Trail 2 is two miles long and considered moderate. It has uneven surfaces, staircases, slopes, and possible muddy spots. It will take us almost two hours to complete.
