DALLAS - Dallas ISD released two draft 2025-2026 school year calendars. The calendars include key dates such as teacher contract days, instructional days, professional work days, and holidays. Families and campus team members are encouraged to review the options for the 2025-2026 calendar and share their input.

Dallas ISD celebrates Digital Citizenship Week
Next week, Dallas ISD will celebrate Digital Citizenship Week with interactive lessons and activities that promote responsible and safe online behavior. More than a tech skill, digital citizenship fosters respect, empathy, and thoughtful engagement online. From Oct. 14-18, the district will provide resources to help students navigate social media, online safety, and privacy, empowering them to make informed decisions in the digital world.

Community Listening Meetings
On Monday, Oct. 14, Dallas ISD will host its next Community Listening Meeting at the Turney W. Leonard Governance and Training Center. Parents, students, staff, and community members will have the opportunity to share their insights that will help shape the district's priorities for the next five years. Attendees are encouraged to submit feedback through the online survey.
