Saud Hasan Al Nusuf from the Kingdom of Bahrain, H.E. Sukhee Sukhbold from Mongolia, H.E. Helen Aitsi from the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, H.E. Karl-Olof Andersson from the Kingdom of Sweden, H.E. Jānis Bērziņš from the Republic of Latvia, H.E. Alisher Abdusalomov from the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E.
