Jen, a member of the firm's complex litigation team with a focus on financial services clients, described the importance of a work-life balance as well as her commitment to pro bono work. Jen credited partner Rich Jacobsen, head of the firm's financial services litigation practice, for mentoring and sponsoring her by "promoting me and my work internally and externally."

Jen was part of Orrick's 2023 new partner class.

"Don't compare yourself to other people and their timeline," Jen advises young lawyers. "Everyone has different priorities and goals, and what matters is that you pursue the path that aligns with your priorities and your goals."
