American National Group Inc.’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented American National Group Inc. in connection with its $600 million registered senior notes offering. American National Group Inc. is a leading insurance company that offers a broad portfolio of insurance products, including annuities, pension risk transfer, individual and group life insurance and property and casualty insurance. The transaction closed on October 2, 2024.
