Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, has acquired JobRouter, a provider of cloud-based intelligent process automation solutions to a wide variety of process intensive industries in Germany and across Europe.

Aptean acquired JobRouter from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm managing funds in Northwestern Europe and North America, focusing on investments in growing enterprise software businesses.

JobRouter, headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, is a global provider of digital business transformation solutions and manufacturer of a cross-industry low-code digitization, automation and process management platform. Together with an international network of over 200 partners and its own subsidiaries in the UK and the U.S., JobRouter supplies over 4,750 customers worldwide.
Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor managing private equity funds active in Northwestern Europe and North America. Main has approximately 6 billion euros in assets under management, an active portfolio of over 46 software companies and offices in The Hague, Stockholm, Düsseldorf, Antwerp and an affiliated office in Boston.
The addition of JobRouter greatly expands Aptean's process automation capabilities. It will enable Aptean to better serve the needs of its global Enterprise Resource Planning customer base and provide existing JobRouter customers and partners with access to a broad portfolio of market leading solutions.
