Ethics Awareness Week Spotlight: Mary Sanders

As the USG recognizes Ethics Awareness Week Nov. 4-8, we are highlighting the helpful staff of The Office of Internal Audit and Advisory Services and Legal Affairs. Internal Audit helps GCSU accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate risk and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. The Office of Legal Affairs provides counsel to minimize legal risks and costs, reduce litigation exposure and ensure legal compliance.

Sanders started her position in December 2021, working with contracts, agreements and quotes. Sanders favorite part of her job is organizing and streamlining work flows. Outside of work, Sanders enjoys renovating her fixer-upper property and just being outside!
