Women in Green at Greenbuild 2024: Call for panelist nominations

USGBC is seeking fresh perspectives for the annual Women in Green event at Greenbuild 2024. Storytelling has become a powerful tool in creating change. In 2024, USGBC's Women in Green theme is "Fresh Perspectives." As we look toward the future of Women in Green and what women leading means to our mission and goals, it's time to hear from you.

Nominate someone who inspires you to make change-it could be a colleague, a mentor or yourself-to join us on stage at Women in Green at Greenbuild for our panel discussion. Storytelling allows us to learn through lived experiences, relate and connect with one another in new ways, and share fresh perspectives.

A fresh perspective involves reimagining familiar situations with a renewed approach. It's an infusion of new ideas, innovations or even technologies. With four generations in today's workforce and a fifth entering within the next decade, women's professional experiences are rich and varied. This diversity provides an excellent platform for collaborative solutions and inspiration, moving beyond traditional frameworks as we work to build on past successes. Consider the possibilities of harnessing a wealth of fresh perspectives. Imagine what we could do, create or be with that volume of new perspectives.

During our Women in Green luncheon at Greenbuild on Nov. 14, we will hear from a keynote speaker, connect with peers from across the country during small group discussions and learn from new voices as our panelists share their stories. Last year, we celebrated our largest Women in Green yet. We're excited to hear from you as we continue to grow.
