Rep. Grijalva Urges Fair and Equitable Labor Negotiations at Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital

TUCSON, Ariz. - Today, Representative Raúl M. Grijalva (AZ-07) released the following statement:

"Nurses play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our communities. As we work to fill labor shortages across the health care system, it's vital to retain and attract nurses by assuring safe working conditions to care for their patients. I encourage Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital and its registered nurses to come to the table for fair and equitable labor negotiations to make certain the hospital's patients receive the best outcomes and overall health care quality."
