On Tuesday, November 5, 2024 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., Karon M. Pittman, 77, left her home in the 1100 block of Southwest Ardmore Avenue. She has not returned home. Karon is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and will not be able to find her way home. She is very mobile and it is not unusual for her to go on extended walks. In the past she has been found along Southwest Corbett Avenue in the South Portland neighborhood, and also around the Japanese Garden in Washington Park.

Karon is a white female, 77 years old, 5'6" in height, 130lbs, last seen wearing a bright orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and running shoes. Her photo is attached. She no longer has braces on her teeth as is depicted in the photo.

If anyone sees Karon, please call 911. If anyone has information that is not time sensitive, please e-mail [email protected] and reference case number 24-283592.
