INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Timothy A. Martin (46) of Ballston Spa, NY on an arrest warrant issued for Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a Class E Felony, and Conspiracy in the Fifth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. During an investigation, it was found that Martin and a female subject did unlawfully enter a building and stole property with a value exceeding $1,000. A quantity of stolen property was recovered throughout the course of the investigation.

Martin was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment and was remanded with bail.

The Sheriff's Office is requesting anyone with information on Martin contact the Investigation Division.
