Amendments to Bylaws Form 8 K
Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 4, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Science Applications International Corporation (the "Company") approved an amendment to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company effective as of that date (the "Amendment"). The Amendment replaced references to the "New York Stock Exchange" with references to the "Corporation's applicable national securities exchange." The foregoing description of the Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company, as amended through September 4, 2024, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
