Negative Declaration - Correction

Niagara County - The Town of Wheatfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed DG Townline, LLC - Townline Solar Project (Townline Solar) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 5.0 MW AC (6.9 MW DC) Utility Scale Solar Energy System. The 49 acre parcel will be subdivided into three lots; two residential lots fronting Townline Road and one remaining lot for the solar project accessed from Shawnee Road. The action includes the installation of new electrical equipment and accessories, including concrete pads for equipment, and a gravel access road from Shawnee Road (State Route 425). The project will require Minor Subdivision Approval from the Wheatfield Town Board, a Variance for fence height from the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), and both Site Plan Approval and a Special Use Permit (SUP) from the Town Planning Board. The project is located at 6714 Townline Road in the Town of Wheatfield, New York.
