On October 29, Eugene Police Street Crimes Unit, with assistance from Eugene Police Special Investigations Unit detectives and SWAT, served a search warrant in the 1500 Block of Ferry Street and the 300 Block of Archie Street related to a felon in possession of a firearm.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., EPD SWAT executed a high-risk vehicular stop near the intersection of 13th Avenue and High Street after the suspect, 22-year-old Sean Patrick Hubbard, was observed leaving his residence in the 1500 block of Ferry Street in his 2018 Mercedes Benz. Hubbard was taken into custody without incident. Prior to the stop, Hubbard was observed talking on his cell phone. An undercover officer remained situated on the residence and within a few minutes of the stop, a woman, later identified as 24-year-old Camille Ann Mei Bo Bardgett, was observed running from the location with a gym-style duffel bag towards her vehicle. The undercover SCU officer contacted Bardgett until a uniformed SCU officer arrived. The bag was subsequently retrieved from the vehicle and had two handguns, an ounce of cocaine, a scale with residue, and firearm accessories inside.
Once the Ferry Street scene was secured, EPD SWAT executed the second search warrant at 350 Archie Street. The search of the residence yielded two firearms, seven ounces of Cocaine and $11,000 in cash. All firearms recovered did not show as stolen.
Approximately eight ounces of cocaine, four firearms, one silencer, and more than $14,000 cash was seized between the two locations.
Sean Patrick Hubbard was arrested, lodged, and charged with the following:
Felon in Possession of a Firearm (three counts)
Child Neglect in the First Degree
Unlawful Delivery of Cocaine
Unlawful Possession of Cocaine (Commercial Drug Offense, Felony 5+ grams)
Unlawful Possession of a Silencer by a Felon
Camile Ann Mei Bo Bardgett was arrested, lodged, and charged with the following:
Child Neglect in the First Degree
Unlawful Possession Cocaine (Substantial Quantity, felony)
Tampering with Physical Evidence
Carry Concealed Firearm (two counts)
