On October 29, Eugene Police Street Crimes Unit, with assistance from Eugene Police Special Investigations Unit detectives and SWAT, served a search warrant in the 1500 Block of Ferry Street and the 300 Block of Archie Street related to a felon in possession of a firearm.

At approximately 2:15 p.m., EPD SWAT executed a high-risk vehicular stop near the intersection of 13th Avenue and High Street after the suspect, 22-year-old Sean Patrick Hubbard, was observed leaving his residence in the 1500 block of Ferry Street in his 2018 Mercedes Benz. Hubbard was taken into custody without incident. Prior to the stop, Hubbard was observed talking on his cell phone. The undercover SCU officer contacted Bardgett until a uniformed SCU officer arrived. The bag was subsequently retrieved from the vehicle and had two handguns, an ounce of cocaine, a scale with residue, and firearm accessories inside.

Once the Ferry Street scene was secured, EPD SWAT executed the second search warrant at 350 Archie Street. The search of the residence yielded two firearms, seven ounces of Cocaine and $11,000 in cash. All firearms recovered did not show as stolen.
