CBP Announces Webinar for AD/CVD Certification Requirements

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on July 2, 2024, the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) Policy Branch announced an upcoming webinar on AD/CVD certification requirements.

This webinar will provide an "in-depth look" at the AD/CVD certification requirements, maintenance requirements for these certifications, and a review of how importers can provide them electronically through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

Participants must register online by July 10, 2024, to attend and the webinar is scheduled for July 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
