A number of Serbian citizens evacuated from Lebanon by Air Serbia

Today, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organised a special Air Serbia flight from Beirut, by which Serbian citizens were safely evacuated from the capital of Lebanon to Serbia.

A total of 47 Serbian citizens and 11 members of their immediate families, as well as 30 foreign citizens, were evacuated.

Serbian Ambassador to Lebanon Milan Trojanović said that approximately half of Serbian citizens in Lebanon decided to stay in the country for private or business reasons.
