IJInvestor Awards Honor Orrick’s North America Work

Orrick has been named "Legal Adviser of the Year in North America" at the IJInvestor Awards, which recognize best-in-class transactions and organizations in energy and infrastructure.

Judges cited the breadth of deals and infrastructure sectors on which Orrick advises, the team's work with climate tech investors and entrepreneurs and the use of generative AI tools that have the potential to save time on transactional tasks.

The award also recognized high-profile transactions Orrick has handled, including:

• Ardian's acquisition of CampusParc, the concessionaire that manages, operates, and maintains the parking facilities at The Ohio State University's flagship campus in Columbus, Ohio.
• The acquisition by VINCI Highways, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, of a company that holds the P3 concession contract for Denver's Northwest Parkway, an eight-mile section of Denver's ring road.

The IJInvestor Awards have honored Orrick before, including as "Legal Adviser of the Year - Europe" in 2023 and "Legal Adviser of the Year in North America" in 2022.
