WTO funded training programmes(NTP / FIMIP)are primarily aimed at providing support for the economic and social development of developing countries, LDCs, low-income countries and comparable poor, small and vulnerable economies in areas related to trade policy. Specific information on eligibility conditions and the selection criteria for the Netherlands Trainee Programme (NTP) and the French-Irish Mission Programme (FIMiP) is contained in an Annex to this letter, which you are kindly invited to carefully review, before candidates are invited to submit applications.
Beneficiary Members and Observers can submit a maximum of three applications for the two programmes.
Only civil servants who satisfy the requirements stipulated in the invitation letter will be considered in the selection process by the WTO Secretariat.
The application process consists of the following steps:
1. Interested candidates need to complete and submit the online application form, which is available at: https://wto.formstack.com/forms/trainingprogrammes2025, with a note that in addition to the form, it is necessary to submit other supporting documents through the online system.
2. Interested candidates (civil servants of Montenegro) who meet the requirements outlined in the invitation letter, and after completing the online application, they should also send the application with accompanying documents (CV, a copy of passport and a letter of support from the nominating national authority) to the Ministry of Economic Development. These should be send to the following e-mail addresses: [email protected] i [email protected], no later than 28 August 2024. and that at the latest, by 31 August 2024. the documentation would be submitted through official diplomatic channels.
