Scituate Barracks

On Monday, July 1, 2024 at 3:15 PM, Troopers arrested Lionel Lugo, age 41, of 35 Salmon Street Apt. #103, Providence, RI on a 1) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates/Notes originating out of the Scituate Barracks, a 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department and a 3) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Larceny and Grand Theft originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake Center.
