Fremont, CA (June 26, 2024) - Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced that President and CEO Gayn Erickson will be participating in the 16th Annual CEO Investor Summit 2024 being held Wednesday, July 10^th at the St. Regis Hotel, San Francisco, CA.
