California employers with five or more employees must provide one hour of harassment prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and two hours of training to supervisors. This training must take place within six months of hire or promotion and every two years thereafter. So, if you last trained all your employees in 2022, you must provide training again by the end of 2024. Don't worry though - CalChamber understands every business has unique training needs and provides several options to help make harassment prevention training easier for you!
CalChamber's newest offering is live, virtual workplace harassment prevention training. Are your employees located at different worksites? Imagine the efficacy of training your entire workforce - regardless of location - all at once, ensuring your team is well-informed and compliant with California harassment prevention laws. It is an excellent way to boost overall efficiency and save time!
