Public Hearing on Pharmacy Benefits Managers Rulemaking (Chapter 59)

A public hearing on the Iowa Insurance Division's rulemaking related to Chapter 59, Pharmacy Benefits Managers, will be held on December 19, 2024 at 10:00 to 11 a.m. at 1963 Bell Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50315. Individuals are welcome to give public comment.

Persons who wish to make oral comments at a public hearing may be asked to state their names for the record and to confine their remarks to the subject of this proposed rulemaking.
