Center for Laboratory Medicine Earns CAP 15189 Accreditation

The Kaleida Health Center for Laboratory Medicine (Flint Rd.) has earned continued accreditation to the ISO 15189 International Standard through the CAP 15189 Accreditation Program.

This achievement of advanced level quality, focuses on the processes and systems of quality management. ISO-15189 adds another strong dimension to our laboratory quality programs and enhances our other quality certifications, CAP-LAP, NYS DOH, and DNV-ISO 9001.

The team at the Center for Laboratory Medicine worked diligently to prepare and maintain these high ISO-15189 standards, and we applaud their achievement.
