Reminder: Holiday Court Closure

The Court will be closed Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please refer to this order for additional details on computing time during that period. Judge Gasparini is holding court in Columbia the following Tuesday, December 3rd. Because of the upcoming holiday closure, please be mindful that there may be delays in entering orders or granting continuance requests prior to the hearing. Depending on when they are submitted, it is possible there may not be sufficient time to consider requests or approve orders prior to the hearing. The parties are advised to check the calendar in advance of the hearings on December 3rd to determine whether a matter was removed, in which case appearance at the hearing would be excused. To ensure the Court has sufficient time to process requests or orders prior to the hearing, the parties are encouraged to submit them by Monday, November 25th to the extent possible.
