Norton Rose Fulbright represented Top Hat Wind Energy Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Invenergy LLC, in the development and US$504 million construction financing of a wind project in Logan County, Illinois.

The Top Hat Wind Facility, which is expected to be operational by the end of 2025, will have 60 turbines with a total capacity of 204MW. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company served as Collateral Agent on the transaction.
