City of Killeen’s Fall Market starts Friday

The City of Killeen's annual Fall market returns this year on Fridays starting Oct. 4 through Nov. 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each night.
The market will be held in historic downtown Killeen at the intersection of Gray Street and 200 East Avenue D. The market is a great way for the community to support local vendors, who will be selling items such as produce, arts and crafts and other unique items.

Also, the City will hold its fourth annual Fall Fest on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 6-9 p.m.at the Special Events Center (3301 South W.S. Young Drive).

The event is free and will feature a haunted maze, food trucks and vendors, pumpkin giveaways, hayrides, arts & craft, free candy while supplies last, and more. Festival goers are also encouraged to bring their own carved pumpkin to enter a pumpkin carving contest.
