S&C Advises Royal Bank of Canada on $4.7 Billion Registered Notes Offerings

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) completed SEC-registered offerings of $4.7 billion of senior medium-term notes.

The offerings consisted of $650 million of senior floating-rate notes due 2027, $750 million of 4.51% senior fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2027, $450 million of senior floating-rate notes due 2028, $850 million of 4.522% senior fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2028 and $2 billion of 4.65% senior fixed-rate/floating-rate notes due 2030.

With total assets of C$2 trillion, RBC is the largest Canadian company by market capitalization and serves more than 18 million clients worldwide.
