Due to the issuance of 7,751,414 new shares as a result of a capital
increase from earnings in the fourth quarter of 2023, effective on
August 17, 2024, the number of outstanding shares has been affected,
leading to a change in the dividend payout ratio for shareholders.

According to the Board resolution on August 28, 2024, the Chairman is
authorized to handle the adjustment of the distribution ratio.
