Explanatory Note:
On August 21, 2024, Quanterix Corporation (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Report") to report the appointment of Jeffrey T. Elliott to the Company's board of directors (the "Board") on August 19, 2024. This Amendment No. 1 to the Original Report is being filed solely to supplement Item 5.02 of the Original Report, as required due to Mr. Elliott's subsequent appointment to a Board committee. This Amendment No. 1 makes no other amendments to the Original Report.
