SCHUYLER COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing pursuant to General Municipal Law § 6-d(2), of the State of New York, the SCHUYLER COUNTY LEGISLATURE (the "County") will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. or as soon as such hearing may be called thereafter, on the 9th day of September 2024, in the County Legislative Chambers, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, New York 14891 to receive comments on the following: Authorizing the Buildings and Grounds Department to use funding available in the Repair Reserve Fund for the Parking Lot Seal and Striping at Various County Facilities in the amount of $87,975.00.
