On November 20, 2024, Samuel Blackman, M.D., Ph.D, notified Day One Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") of his intention to retire from his position as Head of Research & Development of the Company effective at the end of 2024. Dr. Blackman is a co-founderof the Company and has served as the Company's Head of Research & Development since May 2023 and previously served as the Company's Chief Medical Officer from the Company's founding. Dr. Blackman will continue to serve as a strategic advisor and consultant while the Company seeks a new Head of Research & Development.
The Company extends its gratitude to Dr. Blackman for his years of service and contributions to the Company.
