Request for the Commission to Suspend, Institute Proceedings, and Disapprove the SROs Fee Proposals for Certain Prospective and Historical Costs Related to the CAT

SIFMA provided comments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in opposition to the recently submitted rule filings by the SROs to establish both prospective and historical fees for Industry Members related to certain costs of the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail.
