Norton Rose Fulbright represents Rabobank in renewable energy project financing for Pathway Power

A team of projects lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright represented Rabobank, a leading global energy transition financier, in a first-of-its-kind financing facility for independent power producer Pathway Power to build renewable energy projects seeking to connect to the US electricity grid.

The financing will support the development of Pathway Power's 6 GW pipeline of solar and storage projects, including utility-scale renewable generation and battery storage projects, that will provide clean energy through independent system operator (ISO) interconnection queues across the country.

This innovative transaction was specifically designed to provide efficient capital to support projects in various stages of the interconnection queue.
