On November 19, 2024, members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Joseph Neal, age 25, of 41 Lynch Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Cranston Police Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Extortion, Blackmail, Cyberstalking; and 2) Providence County Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on a Violation for a previous Domestic Assault. Mr. Neal was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Cranston Police Department for processing and his pending Court appearance.
On November 19, 2024, members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Matthew Watson, age 40, of 16 Padelford Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Cranston Police Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Breaking and Entering Burglary of a Business; and 2) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny from Building (Fugitive From Justice/Wellesley Police Department). Mr. Watson was transported directly to the Cranston Police Department for processing and his pending arraignment.
On November 19, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Samuel Joseph, age 33, 256 Woonasquatucket Avenue, Apartment 2, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Heroin; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance - Heroin; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Crack Cocaine; and 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl. Mr. Joseph was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
