On November 26, 2024, Riaz Valani notified the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ouster, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as a director of the Company, effective on such date. The Company thanks Mr. Valani for his service. In connection with his resignation, the Board decreased its size to seven directors.
