Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre (Ai Group ATC) celebrated a stellar evening at the Victorian Apprentice Employment Network (AEN) Awards in Melbourne last night, with two of our exceptional apprentices taking home top honours.
Mitch Adams won the STAR (Stop Taking A Risk) Award, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to workplace safety during his electrical apprenticeship, while Zelman Wilkinson was named Indigenous Student of the Year in acknowledgement of his pride in his heritage and achievements during his apprenticeship in electronics and communications.
Joining Mitch and Zelman were representatives from host companies ARB Corporation and Dallas Delta, as well as family members and other supporters.
Ai Group ATC mentors Shannon Vos-Smith and Matt Muller said it was a proud moment for Ai Group.
Ai Group ATC Head Peter Nolan added: "Mitch and Zelman symbolise the values of hard work, resilience and leadership.
"Their achievements highlight the incredible opportunities apprenticeships offer and the remarkable talent in our program."
We congratulate Mitch and Zelman on their well-deserved wins and look forward to seeing their continued success.
