The Historic Preservation Commission's Historic Preservation Plan subcommittee will meet in the David Blackstead conference room, located on the second floor of the City-County office building (221 N. 5th Street, Bismarck, ND), from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on July 11, 2024.
