Calfee Insurance Coverage Practice Partners James Sullivan and Matt Chiricosta were mentioned in the September 25, 2024 Law360 article, "7th Circ. Judge Surprised Key Argument Left In Footnote," which provided an update on a case involving an insurer's duty to defend the insured company, Sterigenics. The cases are Sterigenics U.S. LLC v. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburg, Pa., case number 24-1223, and Griffith Foods International Inc. et al. v.
