Scituate Barracks

At 2 :50 PM, Troopers arrested Jack Noonan, age 23, of 80 School Street, North Attleboro, MA for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle 2) Obstructing Office in Execution of Duty originating out of Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in. The suspect was processed, arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace and with a future court date.
