Edinburg gearing up for 2024 State of the City Address

Final touches are underway for Mayor Ramiro Garza, Jr. to deliver the 2024
State of the City Address on March 7th at the Region One Education Service Center, 1900 W. Schunior Rd., in Edinburg. The event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a dinner, followed by the mayor's address starting at 7 p.m. This annual gathering casts a spotlight on the city's trajectory, upcoming projects, and vision for the future. Mayor Garza will delve into the progress and accomplishments of the past year, celebrating the city's numerous successes and unveiling crucial priorities and initiatives.

Registration for the event has reached capacity, but the 2024 State of the City Address will be broadcast on the City's government access channel, ECN 1300, and streamed live on the City's Facebook page.

The theme for the City of Edinburg's 2024 State of the City Address is "Experience Edinburg."
