SOOIE and Student Involvement and Leadership will host Razorbash during the first week of classes. Razorbash is an informational-type fair designed to help students learn more about campus and the Northwest Arkansas community. Registration is ongoing.

Razorbash allows students to engage with local businesses and non-profit organizations around Northwest Arkansas. This event traditionally is held on the third day of classes, which will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, on the Arkansas Union Mall. There will be plenty of free food, free swag, discounts to businesses, volunteer opportunities, games, music and much more.

Local businesses can register for $175 per table; non-profit organizations can register for $125 per table. Those interested can visit the Razorbash website for more information.

Student Involvement and Leadership is utilizing a new platform to collect payments this year. HogSync is our student engagement platform and home to all things Razorbash 2024. Below are the instructions for signing up for your business or non-profit.

  • Reserve your table. Reservations will close at midnight Aug. 5
  • Our payment portal will open at the end of July/early August. Once the portal is open, those who have signed up will be notified that they need to complete their payment.
  • Once payment has been completed, we will assign your table based on your needs indicated (electricity needed, tent preferred, your organization will provide their own tent, etc.)

Student Involvement and Leadership provides an environment for involvement, empowerment and collaboration through student organizations, programmatic experiences and shared governance. SIL maximizes the U of A experience by advocating for all students, promoting intercultural understanding and developing citizens who are prepared to positively impact their communities.
