Appeal to locate wanted person - Newtown

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a person wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant in Sydney's Inner West.

Benjamin Jones also known as Lisa Jones, aged 47, is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for providing false/misleading information.

Officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command are conducting inquiries into his whereabouts.

They are described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of large build, with grey/brown hair, and brown eyes.

They are known to frequent the Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, and Newtown areas.

Anyone with information into their whereabouts is urged not to approach them but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
