Alumnus Andre LaDon Creates Video Short in Homage of Homecoming

Andre LaDon, a self-taught filmmaker originally from Dallas, Texas, has made a name for himself in the bustling creative scene of Los Angeles, California. Despite graduating from Texas Southern University with a degree in Management, Andre pursued his passion for filmmaking, diving headfirst into the creator field.

His unique approach, emphasizing inclusion and representation, is a hallmark of his work. Andre's talent has attracted some of the world's most recognizable companies, public figures, and brands, leading to collaborations on both commercial and non-commercial projects. His impressive portfolio includes work with industry giants such as Coca-Cola, Revolt TV, and World Star Hip Hop, among many others.

In a full-circle moment, Andre returned to TSU to contribute to his alma mater by creating the promotional video for the university's 97th Homecoming festivities.
