Wisynco Group Limited (Wisynco) wishes to advise our shareholders and the investing public of the following change to our executive management team, in accordance with the main market rules of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

Resignation of Member of the Executive Committee

We announce the resignation of Mr. Halcott Holness, Head of Sales, who will retire from the company effective December 31, 2024. Mr. Holness has been an invaluable member of our executive team, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Wisynco over his many years of service. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Holness for his dedication and leadership, and we wish him the very best in his retirement.
