Community Outreach Summary – June 2024

As we continue to move forward with our community engagement efforts, we're pleased to share a brief update on our recent outreach activities:

Online Survey: We've received an overwhelming response with 321 survey submissions so far! Your feedback is invaluable in shaping the future of our city. If you haven't had a chance to participate yet, there's still time - the survey will remain open through July 7th.

Community Meeting #1: Our first community meeting was a great opportunity for dialogue. We had 17 engaged attendees who provided valuable insights and suggestions.

Pop-Ups: We hosted pop-up events at Ounces and TLCC Park, where we had meaningful conversations with 14 and 7 participants respectively. Additionally, we interacted with more individuals who expressed gratitude for our outreach efforts. Despite lower turnout at some locations, the enthusiasm and awareness about our project were evident.
