Indian Lake male arrested for criminal contempt 2nd

On August 3, 2024, State Police members arrested James E. Donah, age 63, of Indian Lake, NY for criminal contempt 2nd.

On July 27, 2024, at approximately 8:47 a.m., Troopers responded to Logan Lane, in the town of Tupper Lake for an order of protection violation complaint. An investigation determined Donah violated the order of protection protecting the victim by contacting the victim on Facebook.

Donah arrived at SP Tupper Lake where he was arrested and processed. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Tupper Lake Court for a later date in August.
