Norton Rose Fulbright appoints new Global Co-Head of Energy

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that Rob Marsh, a projects lawyer and partner in the firm's banking and finance practice, has been appointed Global Co-Head of Energy. Based in our London office, Rob takes on the role alongside Noam Ayali, who was appointed Global Co-Head of Energy in July 2022.

Rob's practice has a particular focus on the renewable energy sector and he has advised clients for over 20 years in relation to all aspects of developing, constructing, operating, decommissioning and financing across all commercial scale technologies. He is regularly ranked as a leader in renewable and alternative energy in all leading directories and has advised on some of the world's largest and most complex deals in this sector. Active in the wider net-zero arena, Rob increasingly assists clients with projects in the CCUS, hydrogen, energy storage and bio-fuel sectors.

Rob will continue to work alongside Charles Whitney, who remains EMEA Head of Energy.
