Annual Open Enrollment began, Monday, Oct. 28, and ends today, Friday, Nov. 8, 2024. This is an active Open Enrollment, so even if you don't want to make any changes to your existing benefits, action is required.

You must answer all applicable surcharge questions. Failure to do so will default you into the status of "yes," which will result in the $150 per month surcharge (max. of $600/month in surcharges).

If you have a Flexible Spending Account, you must elect to re-enroll in your FSA for 2025. Your 2024 FSA election will not automatically renew for 2025.

Visit https://oneusgconnect.usg.edu. On the right side of the screen under Active USG Employees, click on "Manage My Benefits" (DUO credentials are required).

Login to Unify and click on OneUSG Connect (green tile, top center). Login using your DUO credentials. Once logged in, click on "Employee Self-Service" (top left) and select Choose "Benefits" from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Manage My Benefits" tile.
